What form of monarchy is this? An absolute monarchy or Constitutional? If its Absolute is it based of of the French model or Russian? Or are we heading towards a Holy Roman Empire route where a uprising with inerfernece from outside powers lead us to revolt and form sovergn principalities that form a basic confederacy behind a ruler to protect ourselves from invading Ottomans and French people.
